How to submit:

Information about upcoming shows can be found on the “Exhibitions” page. Artists and writers will be considered for all upcoming shows and events, but please specify if you are submitting for a specific show. Your work may be kept on file for future consideration, but if you have a new body of work, or a new show is announced and you have work you would like to submit, please feel free to resubmit.

Art may be shipped or dropped off in person. Artists are responsible for any shipping or insurance.

Visual artists:

Please address all submissions to in.passing.nyc@gmail.com. Include in your application the following:

5-10 high quality images, named from 1-10 (i.e. 1.jpg, 2.jpg, etc.)
A pdf with the following information about each piece: title, medium, year created, dimensions, price or NFS (split 70/30 between artists and In/Passing)
A pdf with a short bio and your artist statement
Your website and/or social media

If there is any additional information you would like to include, or you feel is necessary for understanding your work, please attach that, as well.

Writers:

Please address all submissions to in.passing.nyc@gmail.com. Include in your application the following:

Approximately 1-5 pages of your writing
A pdf with a short bio
Your website and/or social media
